Device Description <ul><li>Remote monitoring device using AFTI Sentry end-to-end architecture. </li></ul><ul><li>Unlimited web access from any location. </li></ul><ul><li>Globalstar Satellite Network </li></ul><ul><li>6 process inputs per location </li></ul><ul><ul><li>3 pressure e.g. Engine oil pressure (callout), suction and discharge </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>3 temperature e.g. Engine jacket water temp, + 2 process temps </li></ul></ul>

Event Sequence <ul><li>Equipment data is gathered at one minute intervals and compressed into hourly averages. </li></ul><ul><li>These readings are transmitted automatically every four hours through the Globalstar Satellite Network. </li></ul><ul><li>The information is received at the AFTI Sentry website where the data is translated and formatted. </li></ul><ul><li>Equipment owners can log on from any computer that has internet capabilities (including handhelds) and view the data. </li></ul>

Callouts <ul><li>Callouts are generated by a device alarm built into the hardware at each location. </li></ul><ul><li>Typically this is connected to the engine oil pressure with a set point that indicates the engine status. </li></ul><ul><li>When the engine stops running, the CP-Net sends an instantaneous message. </li></ul><ul><li>The message is distributed to the equipment operator. </li></ul>

Value <ul><li>Fewer site visits increases operator efficiency and reduces environmental impact. </li></ul><ul><li>Callout system reduces costly downtime. </li></ul><ul><li>Receive accurate vital equipment data </li></ul><ul><li>Frequent updates on running conditions will result in improved equipment function and optimization (historical data). </li></ul><ul><li>Equipment uptime tracking </li></ul><ul><li>Remote monitoring will provide info when attempting to solve problems with equipment function (increased uptime). </li></ul>
