Pablo Cuadra . commented on Pre-Marital Sex is not Real Love On July 20th, 2001 the deapartment of health and human services released a report co-sponsored by the Center for Disease control and other government agencies stating that condoms are only 85% effective in preventing HIV. That still leaves the possibility of a 15% infection rate. This report is public record. 2 years ago

Hepatitis C, certainly, is not technically an STD, the reason I included it in this presentation is because one of the many ways this disease can be transmitted is sexual activity. For example, If a person comes in contact with semen or vaginal fluid the person can become infected. It is easier to get hepatitisC than it is to get HIV. 2 years ago
