There are currently twenty-two. •Users encode an appropriate keyword and, if relevant, access to the related guideline. •The guideline’s window is composed of 2 elements. •A librarian’s commentary explains how to use the resource and provides suggestions. •A screen copy of the real resource provides several areas to click on in order to reach the next step of the guideline. •At the end of the guideline, users are directed to the editor’s Website. •Scenarios include several keywords searched with all available options. •Some options do not provide a relevant document. •All retrieved documents are catalogued in one database. “A patient complains about difficulty breathing during mild physical effort and general fatigue” Diagnosis : the patient suffers from cardiac insufficiency
