What are hashtags and how do you use them?Hashtags (#) are used during live tweeting to build a conversation around that hashtag, for example an event. You can search by #’s to find out what is trending and follow tweets on any topic including your company.
How often do you tweet and why?This depends on how much you have to say and your audience. Consider your audience, timezones and the times of day they use social media when posting to any platform. Some companies tweet hourly, it depends on what is going on at your company, what you want to promote and your overall social media strategy

How do you use Twitter for business marketing?Drive people to your company website. Monitor your brand. Monitor competition. Create Twitter favorites for a list of testimonials. Promote events, webinars, campaigns. Promote new products, services. Establish yourself as a thought leader in your industry and community.
.How do you use Twitter for Lead Generation?Create a dedicated Twitter Landing page from the profile url that targets Twitter visitors and captures the lead. .Monitor industry terms with Twitter search and industry questions to identify prospects. Once you find prospects start a dialogue and share content from your website or blog. Participate in Twitter chats-these smaller communities within your industry can provide knowledge and prospects.
. How do you use Twitter for Public Relations?Journalists, reporters and bloggers make themselves available on Twitter. This is a great way to introduce yourself, company and services or products. Develop relationships and create a dialogue. Reporters also use Twitter to broadcast help they need in reporting on a specific topic or event. If you have the information they need, you can help that reporter out! They will most likely help you out later by tweeting information you tweet about your company.
. How to use Twitter for Customer Service?Respond to concerns people tweet about your company or products. Update customers on recalls, downtimes. Follow back all those that follow your company-this creates a community around your business and these people can become influencers of your products or services.

Personal profiles of employees can drive traffic to your company page and what they see there will help form their opinion about your company. Every employee can promote your company so use this to your advantage. There is a specific section on company pages for discussing multiple products. Consumers can learn about your product and see how many of their connections recommend them.

Cheaper and more focused than recruiters, Career Builder and Monster.
