    Peter when you say: 'getting the organization ready/capable' do you mean the *client* organization or the * agency*? (I realize that for innies these are the same, but you get the idea)

    In either case, is this about making sure there is a team that maintains whatever is designed, evaluating its use, making sure changes are made where necessary after the go-live date? A lot of this work (roadmapping, identifying tasks and responsibilities, setting up evaluation strategies, etc.) should be done during the strategy phase, right? Because the outcome may change what needs to be built... (a one-time artifact vs. a machine, for example).

    Organizational development = getting the organization ready/capable to engage with the design process, and, most importantly, it’s outcome. Where practice development looks inward, organizational development looks outward.

    My guess would be evaluation and learnings, and some sort of feedback loop. PeterMe, am I right?
