Partnerships should exist between the business as well as the individuals and atGenesis we have made it our mission to deliver the same high standards of quality and consistency acrossall sectors, divisions and consultants. This led to the creation of our “Consultative Approach Methodology”.This universal approach is not restricted to specific sectors or industries; it can be applied to any role, inany business, region or country. This method also provides clear benchmarks and deliverables, allowingclients to measure performance and identify continuous improvements.6 Steps Approach Detailed consultation to identify and understand the assignment. 1 Consult Selection and agreement of appropriate recruitment solution. Confirmation of approach, deliverables, timescales and project sign off. Internal project plan produced and insight reports supplied for assessment. 2 Research Additional research conducted as required. Source and identify long list for assessment. Three-stage standard structured assessment process. 3 Assess Interview and assessment reports produced and reviewed. Selection of final client short list. Coordinate and confirm all interview arrangements. 4 Interview Client and candidate pre-interview checks completed. Post interview feedback and reports provided. Pre-employment screening and referencing. 5 Appoint Offer consultation, presentation of offer and confirmation of appointment. Confirmation of resignation, start dates and all associated paperwork. Post assignment consultation to evaluate MI reports and key statistics. 6 Review Agree recommendations for future improvements. Maintain regular contact throughout probation period. GENESIS THE START
