Standard way of interaction with suppliers

 As it usually occurs  Problems

 In most cases, you should send a dispatch to every supplier gathering and processing of the information.
personally, that is very inconvenient, especially with daily orders.  Suppliers do not have opportunity to correct suggested prices and
 The purchase manager should process very much volume of consequently they lose orders, and the buyer cannot receive the least

 During the tenders, suppliers aspire to offer the smallest prices to

 The operative information on the current prices on the market
Work in The Electronic Tenders System

 The System of Electronic Tenders is a site Internet
  (the address: www.cislink.ru/auction)

 Work in the system conditionally consists of three stages

 A pattern creation
 Creation and carrying out of the tender
 Reception and processing of the results
Tender Pattern Creation

 The pattern is created on a PC and further is unloaded on the page in
Internet. The standard Microsoft Excel application is used for the creation of a
pattern. The user saves Excel file on a hard disk of his PC. This file is a standard
assortment matrix, which contains name of the goods and the expanded
    description of these goods.

 The pattern is unloaded on the site only once, further it is constantly accessible to
    use.

Creation and carrying out of the tender

The tender is created from a pattern, which was unloaded
  on the site before.
The user sets the convenient parameters of the tender: date,
time of the beginning and the end and so forth.
The created tender passes without user's participation.
The course of the tender is the participation of suppliers in
  it.
Suppliers enter their information once ("closed tender") or
  participate in the on-line tender.

Reception and processing of results

 After the end of the tender, the system generates reports
automatically. The basic report is sent to organizer's e-mail - it
is a competitive list in which all information from is
    consolidated.

 Suppliers also receive reports in which they can see their price &
  the winning price.

 Further, basing on the results of the tender, the organizer
makes a decision on the orders.

 The price factor is not the only one at decision-making. The
buyer considers also quality of the goods, a delivery condition,
etc. He may not buy the winner's goods.

Catalogue

 The catalogue is created for systematizing and ordering of the data. The
choice of goods' names which make the nomenclature of the Catalogue, is
based on the commodity assortment of all Tenders carried out by CISLink.

 The basic function of the Catalogue is the formation of reports. The reports
contain information on the average price of each good and on its dynamics
for the certain period. Reports are formed separately for different categories
  and different geographical regions.

 The Catalogue Reports are formed automatically, from the data, given in the
  tenders by suppliers

 The price for each good calculates as simple average arithmetic of all prices
  used for the report.
