Respect for hands-on knowledge wins over respect for abstract authority. <ul><li>Organization Charts are a way for people to know who to go to and who to obey orders from inside a company or corporation. </li></ul><ul><li>Being informed and knowledgeable is a great advantage to have against other people who vies a position to be the leader or boss of a team or group. </li></ul><ul><li>It is advantageous because being knowledgeable is equal to being experienced and what people are looking for a great leader is experience. </li></ul>
Command-and-control management styles both derive from and reinforce bureaucracy, power tripping and an overall culture of paranoia. <ul><li>Majority of the companies and corporations that we can see nowadays are on a management that is being held with an iron fist. </li></ul><ul><li>They can constrict every employee or let them fly like the birds in the sky inside their company. </li></ul><ul><li>They would just distinguish and analyze what management to use and what truly fits for them. </li></ul>
Paranoia kills conversation. That's its point. But lack of open conversation kills companies. <ul><li>The companies which are having a management with an iron fist are something that people dislikes. </li></ul><ul><li>It is our human nature to seek freedom and dislike confinement. </li></ul><ul><li>Each company that has a strict and constricting policies and restrictions are the ones who bring paranoia to the employees working for them. </li></ul>
There are two conversations going on. One inside the company. One with the market. <ul><li>As we all know, people are social beings that is why people quench their thirst to communicate everyday. </li></ul><ul><li>Superiors and employees are conversing with each other to share knowledge and information internally. </li></ul><ul><li>Overall, both entities should converse and communicate with each other because they should integrate the information that they both have to form something that would benefit the both of them. </li></ul>
In most cases, neither conversation is going very well. Almost invariably, the cause of failure can be traced to obsolete notions of command and control. <ul><li>They are hooked to the idea of having full overall control to their companies and corporations. </li></ul><ul><li>They do not want this change because it will take some time and effort before people in the company or corporation would accept and learn to cope up with the change. </li></ul><ul><li>This prevention of giving and sharing of information will bring mayhem and paranoia to both of them. </li></ul>
As policy, these notions are poisonous. As tools, they are broken. Command and control are met with hostility by intranetworked knowledge workers and generate distrust in internetworked markets. <ul><li>The traditional way of managing companies and corporations are also known as the Command and control management. </li></ul><ul><li>These insurgencies are posing a threat to the company or corporation in a big way. </li></ul><ul><li>Intranetworked workers are those people who turn against and fight the strictness of the command and control method. </li></ul>
These two conversations want to talk to each other. They are speaking the same language. They recognize each other's voices. <ul><li>That just shows that transaction and communication goes well and integrates with each other comfortably. </li></ul><ul><li>It is great to know that markets and companies are starting to talk to each other and communicate with each other very well. </li></ul><ul><li>This integration and mergence with each other gives them a lot of benefits and advantages. </li></ul>
