  • 2. What is the background to PRWD? 7 years experience focused on: – improving conversion rates – increasing average order values – improving number of returning visitors – converting offline shoppers to online shoppers Paul Rouke joined 1st e-commerce team in 1999 in design and usability role

    • A few spreadsheets are used along with accounting software, but the rest of businesses critical data is paper-based
    • If a key employee was ill or off work there is significant intelligence that is lost with most data not being IT based
