City Chase Coverage & Advertising Package on Eurosport 2  Coverage of 5 European stages & the Final  A 13-minutes magazine featuring the best moments of 5 European stages will be broadcast on Eurosport 2. Each magazine will be repeated twice (total of 15 x 13’ broadcasts)  A 26-minutes magazine featuring the best moments of the final stage will also be broadcast on Eurosport 2. This magazine will be repeated twice (total of 3 x 26’ broadcasts)  These magazines will be promoted on Eurosport 2 via 75 promotion spots  Associated Sponsorship Package for 1 sponsor  The sponsor 6sec billboard will be associated to the magazines and to the promotion spots: - 75 promotion spots + 36 titles + 9 Break Bumpers - Total of 120 x 6 sec billboards * Production costs for the TV billboard are not included

City Chase Presence & promotion on Eurosport  Dedicated short programs for 5 European stages  To increase awareness and visibility of the Event, we will create a 1min dedicated vignette per European stage that will be broadcast on Eurosport.  Each vignette will be repeated twice (total of 15x1min vignettes)  In addition to the vignettes, the event will also be promoted on Eurosport through 15 promotion spots.  Associated Sponsorship Package for 1 sponsor - The sponsor 6 sec billboard will be associated to the beginning & at the end of each Vignette and to the promotion spots. - Total of 45 x 6 sec billboards * Production costs for the TV billboard are not included

Additional Option Online promotion of City Chase local stages  Concept To increase awareness around the event, and to encourage the users to register and participate in their local City Chase, we will use our strong online versions to promote locally the City Chase. One month prior each event on the local versions, internet users will see a specific Rectangle (with useful information such as date and place, a link to City Chase website as well as the sponsor visibility) that will promote the event taking place in their city very soon!  Content - 300 x 250 Rectangle Ads - 3.2 Million guaranteed impressions to promote the local stages  Period - One month prior each of these 3 local events  Placement - Homepage, Run of Station Rate Card Media Value: € 80,000 Discounted Budget (40%): € 48,000 Net after agency commission (15%): € 40,000* * Production costs are not included
