    • Select miss-spelled word
    • Hit spell-check button on
    • the toolbar

  12. Downloading
    • Download from:
    • http:// www.wordtalk.org.uk/html/download.html
    • (There is no cost, but registration is required.)
    • Two files to download:
    • WordTalk.msi if SAPI 5 voices not already installed, or
    • WordTalk.exe if SAPI 5 voices already installed
    • WTConfigure.exe
    • ***It is a good idea to save the files to your desktop .

  13. Installing 1. Double-click on the icon for WordTalk.msi or WordTalk.exe. 2. Follow onscreen instructions. 3. If you see a security warning, indicate that you wish to proceed. [Detailed instructions here: http:// www.wordtalk.org.uk/html/faq.html ]
  14. Opening WordTalk Toolbar
    • Open MS Word
    • Open Tools Menu and select Templates and Add-ins
  15. Opening WordTalk Toolbar
    • Click Add.
    • Go to My Computer, and open it.
  16. Opening WordTalk Toolbar 5. To continue, open the hard drive of your computer. 6. Open the folder entitled “Program Files”
  17. Opening WordTalk Toolbar 7. Open the folder entitled “WordTalk. 8. Open the file entitled “WordTalk” or “WordTalk.dot”
  18. Opening WordTalk Toolbar 9. With WordTalk.dot checked, click OK.
  19. Opening WordTalk Toolbar 10. If a security warning appears, click “Enable Macros .
  20. Opening WordTalk Toolbar When you first try to use WordTalk, you may get a security warning that says: “The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings. If so: In Word, go to Tools > Macro > Security and set your security level to Medium.
  21. Network Installation The WordTalk toolbar should now be installed and ready to use. Detailed instructions are available for installing WordTalk on a network at : http://www.wordtalk.org.uk/html/faq.html This document may be viewed online or downloaded in pdf format.
