How do you lead without legitimacy? <ul><li>I see myself as a guide through a complex 'landscape 'and a team/partnership builder </li></ul><ul><li>Our leader works with, and therefore has the support of, the community, local businesses, town, district and county councils - he has no need for legitimate power himself </li></ul>
