This Dot to Dot project is about being healthy in your life and what can make you a healthy person. People can be healthy by eating fruits instead of candy, meat and other foods that are not healthy. Eating fruits will make your life healthier and being healthy can change your life.
“ EAT FRUITS”
What changed my life is when I started to eat fruits and exercise three days in a week. Eating vegetables and fruit instead of candy is a better decision. You don’t get as many cavities when you eat healthy foods.
In my Dot to Dot project I drew a lot of fruits because fruits are very good for you. They have natural sugar that doesn’t get you hyper, but are still sweet. So you should choose fruits for a snack instead of candy and you won’t hurt your body.
Make the right CHOICE!!!
