    • Stage I –Leadership The project scope for Stage I includes the ten (10) organizational leaders, geographically disbursed Stage II – Senior amongst five (5) domestic USA cities. Stage II consists Leadership of eighty (80) Senior Leaders. Stage III sees nearly two- hundred (200) Mid-level Leaders going through the Stage III – Mid-level program. Lastly, Stage IV Leadership consists of the nearly twelve- hundred (1,200) Frontline Leaders participating.
