  4. 4. Party Time February Letter from the editors. Dear Sirs and Madams, It’s a pleasure for us to tell you about our second edition of the Cultural Agenda. This month we based our information on carnival festivities, very popular in February around Baix Ebre and Montsià. The first edition was difficult to do be- cause there was less information in the village websites. This edition only has information about the Carnestoltes and related festivities, where we dress up and parade around town and there are the typical capgrossos and gegants. Capgrossos means ‘big heads’, and they’re people who make large, cartoonish paper mâché heads and put them on. Gegants are people who walk around on stilts; it means ‘giants’. We hope you find our information useful, and that you enjoy any festival you attend. Yours faithfully, The Editors.4
