Intro
– Internet as e-commerce infrastructure on 90’s
• Goal: match producers and consumers overiding any kind of
intermediation, a perfect market
• Result: partial disintermediation, when happened
– 2000’s: apps and interfaces closer to users, the Web 2.0
makes each transaction a personal action, the user drives
profit from its personal profile, not from the target
(which is general and incomplete)
• Work question: ¿is there a change in the dynamics of the
intermediation?
