      1. Attach a word.doc to an email and send
    • Choose a picture for your document.
      Open your web browser (internet explorer or Firefox) and go to google
      Write ‘Waltzing Matilda’ in the search bar and click ‘enter’
      Click on images (top left) and choose a picture to copy.
    • Other pictures
      - you could also try writing in google:
      Swag
      Swagman
      Sheep
      Policeman on horseback
      Billabong
      Camp fire
      Artist’s impression
      Australian outback
      Historical house
      Find the picture you want.
      • Open word.doc.
      Start, programs, microsoft office 07
      Click twice on Word.doc
      • Copy the picture onto the word.doc
      • In your word.doc write:
      the heading: Waltzing Matilda
      • Highlight this and change the size and font
      Waltzing Matilda
    • Go to google again and type in ‘Youth Class Blog’, enter and click on this.
      Go to ‘Waltzing Matilda song” and highlight the words: right click ‘copy’.
    • Go to your word.doc again and right click ‘paste’ this onto your page.
      It should have:
      • A heading
      • A picture
      • The text
      • Thanks to Reza for his

      • Now go to file, save as…
      • You can save this to your desktop or to your student H: drive
    • Now you need log in to your email account.
      • Compose email (create)
      • To: my email address
      • Subject: Waltzing Matilda word.doc
      • Go to ‘attach a file’
      • Select where you saved the word document and click on it to open.
      This should be loading LOADING.
    • You can see there is an attachment in this email
      Write:
      Dear Jane,
      Here is my attached word.doc
      From your name.
      Then click SEND and you have finished attaching a word.doc in an email.
      Now you can sing the song!!
