“Man made disaster”
We are playing with nature..
but at the same time blaming the nature

The dam projects and river diversion
for roads Had Backed up with flood
waters from torrentials rains
Hydroelectricity projects— “A ticking time
bomb”
State apathy led to the disaster…???
Reasons for the overflow of the river along with the debri
The collapse of a moraine-dammed lake
A catastrophic landslide ...
