  • INTRODUCTION In this era of technology advancement, online meetings are increasingly becoming the mainstay in many organizations. With the enhancements in technology, the whole phase has become web-based introducing the buzz word, ‘Web Conferencing’ or ‘Online Meeting’. Most web conferencing tools today provide chat and poll options. However, in online meetings, to make sure the audience is involved throughout the presentation it becomes necessary to include more advanced activities so that the session could get more interactive. Inclusion of various group activities such as some quiz, brainstorm, ice breakers etc… would provide a unique and different way of involving the audience and would also assure that the audience is with the presenter at any given point of time. This is where YawnBuster® helps with its wide range of group activities. Also, using YawnBuster® Connect with such activities in large meetings helps the presenter to focus on the content of the presentation. YawnBuster® Connect collects information from the audience and collates them and presents it in the slide for others to view. Online meeting tools have usually two mode of sharing: Screen and document. Screen sharing refers to sharing of presenter’s screen to the audience. Document sharing implies on uploading a document to be showcased in the session. The document shared could also be used by audience even when they are offline. Audience gets a copy of the document to view and hence presenter need not share his/her screen to show the presentation to the audience.
