Equipment • Laptop with mic • So]ware to capture presentaIon (Screenﬂow for Mac, Camtasia for PC) • Service to host webinar (GoToMeeIng, WebEx, Readytalk) • Service to host video (WisIa) 6

Slides • Make them concise • Make them fun! • Include a presentaIon agenda, your contact informaIon, and addiIonal resources 7

Tips -‐ Recording • Record at the largest screen size you can • Use an external microphone • Reduce background noise 12

Tips -‐ Browsers • Use Full Screen mode to hide your toolbars and maximize screen real estate • Increase the text size (Ctrl + or Command +) 13

Tips -‐ EdiIng • Export your videos at the highest resoluIon • Trim the beginning and end of your videos • Add a Itle slide • Use discreIon when ediIng mistakes -‐ you dont have to ﬁx everything! 14

Tips -‐ More • Check out OmniDazzle for on-‐screen highlighIng and doodling • Once you have a process in place, share it with the rest of your company. Make it easy enough for anyone to throw a video together! 15
