I am a senior scientist, software architect and knowledge engineer. I am interested in enabling personal and community-driven knowledge acquisition, curation and sharing. Given my affiliation and background, I often focus on biomedicine. However the methods and tools I develop are normally applied to very diverse fields. I occasionally write ontologies. I am interest in Linked Data, Big Data and network visualization. I still enjoy writing cod... at the end of the day, it feels good to show that ideas actually work.
