Welcoming the new arrivals -Tilburg Each month there is a special ceremony in the town hall for the people who passed the exams of the integration programme. Volunteer neighbourhood mediators - Tilburg 80% of mediation volunteer are migrant people and they intervene asap to prevent and manage conflicts. Creation of opportunities and spaces for intercultural dialogue Enrich your neighbourhood - Tilburg Bottom-up approach : when there is an initiative by one the residents the city looks for opportunity to support it (a barbecue in the street, a multicultural cooking event).   • 19. Some answers and a lot of questions 1. What does it mean “Co-production” and its key concepts for people with differents cultural backgrounds? 2. How can we involve people from different backgrounds (not citizen) to participate in the co- production of this new society? How can we build trust? 3.
