Ltd., Mumbai : Construction Planning Engineer / Site Engineer Jul'00 – Jun’04 Responsibilities:  Individual Monitoring, Planning & Executing the Construction activities of Heavy Industrial and High-rise Buildings along with Mobile tower setup and Fiber Optic Cable lying at various locations.  Monitor work of contractors/sub-contractors, field inspectors, and provide construction support services to the clients to ensure the works comply with contractual terms and conditions, as well as specifications, applicable regulations, etc.  Conduct a technical research on the assigned projects before moving ahead to implement them.  Prepare cost breakouts and budget reports for approval process.  Monitoring and managing various construction locations simultaneously without affecting daily activities.  Conduct weekly/biweekly meetings with all stakeholders to discuss: o Project construction progress o Technical issues involved in each individual project o Construction schedule o Safety and environmental precautions  Estimate projects by coordinating with contractors.  Expedite the construction work cutting down its cost as heavily as possible.
