  • 3. India and Japan agreed to do an annual rowing race. Eachteam should contain 8 men. www.FunOnTheNet.in
  • 4. Both teams worked really hard to get in a best shape.The day the race started both teams were in similarcondition. Although the Japanese won by 1 mile. www.FunOnTheNet.in

  • 6. The mood in the Indian team was really close to the freeze point. Thetop management decided to win the race next year. So they establisheda team of analysts to observe the situation and recommend anappropriate solution. www.FunOnTheNet.in

  • 8. After several detailed analysis the team found out that Japanesehad 7 rowers and only one captain. www.FunOnTheNet.in

  • 12. Facing such critical scenario the management showed an unexpectedwisdom: they hired the consulting company to restructure the Indianteam. www.FunOnTheNet.in

  • 14. After several months the consultants came upwith the conclusion that there were too manycaptains and too few rowers in the Indian team. Asolution was proposed based on this analysis: thestructure of the Indian team has to be changed! www.FunOnTheNet.in

  • 21. The consulting company parepared anew analysis, which showed that thestrategy was good, the motivation wasO.K. but the used tool has to beimproved.Currently the Indian team is designinga new boat. www.FunOnTheNet.in
