  • Dont smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meals is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).不要用餐后抽烟 - 专家的实验证实用餐后抽烟比一般时间抽 10 根香烟有更高的 致癌机率。
  • Dont eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Thereforetake fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.用餐后不要立即吃水果 - 用餐后立即吃水果将导致胃部因空气而肿胀。因此在用餐后的 2 小时或是用餐前 1 小时吃水果是比 较理想的。
