      • Our TMP offers you and each agent a private, secure, password-protected platform for communications, documents, task lists, orders, messages and much more.

      • No. While we coordinate a lot of transactions, we coordinate them one at a time. The fact that we have a large staff means we have more time for our clients. We have more time for our clients because we a lot of help behind the scenes using our team approach. Compare this with the TC who is trying to do everything themselves.
      • Will my agents be shuffled around different TC’s at Smart Solutions? No. We dedicate to each agent their personal experienced coordinator for all transactions they open with us.       • Yes. We have an REO department dedicated entirely to REO transactions.
      • Unfortunately, most REO agents lack on-line technology to manage REO properties. Transactions become cumbersome, slow and hard to manage. Our Transaction Management Platform enables our Transaction Coordinator to manage, maintain and monitor the entire transaction process for the busiest REO agent.
      • Our REO TC program and on-line system automates and tracks all the required activities and creates a single point of communication and document processing for your REO agents, asset managers, and all other related parties within the transaction.

    9. Why Shouldn’t I Hire The Least Expensive TC Company Or Person?
      • Everyone once to get as good a deal as possible and net as much money as possible when transactions close. Sadly, there are many agents and brokerage firms who hire an inexpensive in-house TC person to simply file or “shuffle” paperwork and not oversee, manage, look for “red flags” and put out fires to eliminate the possibilities of loosing their transaction or more importantly; loose REO accounts! Simply put… You get what you pay for.
      • The fact of the matter is, we manage and run your agents transaction as if it were our own transaction. Many TC’s who discount their fees to obtain more business must resort to “paper pushing” or simple filers which do not take off the necessary transaction burden from you and your agents.       • We have implemented a new " Flat Fee " pricing structure to accommodate Transaction Coordinating for the busy Brokerage firm and Busy Agents.  We understand competing with in-house and outsource TC's with our " price per closed file " fee simply is not cost effective for the Brokerage firm or Busy Agent and have made many changes to stay competitive within the Real Estate industry.  We now have many options to fit tight budgets!  We've also expanded our coverage areas to Nevada and Arizona.     * Agents : We will also accommodate multiple agents under a single plan!      You spoke...  We listened…   We now give you an option to stay with our " price per closed file " fee or a " flat fee " per month based on "openings ".   Our new "optional“ Flat Fee monthly pricing structure is as follows:   Up to 06 openings per calendar month. $1600 monthly fee.   Savings of over $500 per month !   Up to 10 openings per calendar month.  $2450 monthly fee.   Savings of over $1050 per month !   Up to 15 openings per calendar month.  $3350 monthly fee.   Savings of over $1900 per month !   Up to 20 openings per calendar month.  $3800 monthly fee.   Savings of over $3200 per month !   Up to 25 openings per calendar month.  $4500 monthly fee.   Savings of over $4250 per month !   Up to 30 openings per calendar month.  $5100 monthly fee.   Savings of over $5400 per month !   Over 30 per month?  Please call for quote.
