Times are changing, and so are we. With the ever expanding possibilities of the internet we FEEL like we are getting smarter and getting more things done. But actually we don't: we only read short articles, we can't concentrate for an hour without checking Facebook or Twitter, our smartphones ask for our attention every few minutes, and so on.
But is this really true? And if you notice these symptoms by yourself ... what can you do about it.
