  6. 7. Sylast lubricants for lick roll application have been optimized to wet the lick roll with a uniform thin layer. When the thread comes into contact with this layer, the lubricant is transferred to the thread and spread out forming a homogeneous film on the surface of the thread.  
  7. 8. Sylast series range includes lubricants that are formulated to give optimum performance in dosing pump application. They fully cover the thread forming a uniform lubricant film. They are so stable that very little contamination builds up in the machine. This reduces cleaning costs & idle time to a minimum
  8. 9. Normal lubricants often create a non-homogeneous layer, resulting in insufficient smoothness of the thread. With Sylast Series you get a homogeneous lubrication. Regardless of whether you use the exhaust process, a kiss-roll or dosing pump, the lubrication result in perfect in all respects.
  9. 10. Without antistatic agents, a very high static charge builds up on thread during sewing. Threads do not run smoothly, and this inevitably results in poor sewing & poor seam quality.
  10. 11. Standard lubricants hardly reduce friction on thread, & they are a significant factor in needle overheating without heat protection, sewing thread made of synthetic fiber will melt. This weakens the thread, leading to crust formation at needle. The result is thread breakage and limits on stitch frequency.
