    Georgia Entertainment Productions seeks to provide events that promote awareness of Hispanic Culture in the state of Georgia. Our events bring together large groups of Hispanic-Americans as well as corporate sponsors allowing both groups to access each other in a manner that promotes the spirit of American business.

    The Colombian Independence Day Festival brings together Atlanta’s Colombian-American community and attracts Hispanics throughout Georgia each year in a gathering that celebrates the culture and spirit of Colombia.
    Through dance, music and food, the Colombian Independence Day Festival delivers a cultural experience that embodies the pride and love Colombian-Americans have for their heritage.
    Each year, the Colombian Independence Day Festival brings internationally acclaimed musicians, presenters and actors to entertain and delight guests. Local entertainers also have an opportunity to showcase their talent. The event is also where the annual coronation of CHICA TROPICAL (Miss Tropical) takes place, a pageant that celebrates the beauty of all Hispanic-American women in Atlanta.
    The sights, sounds and flavors of the Colombian Independence Day Festival make this family gathering an annual affair that thousands of Hispanic Atlantans look forward to attending every year.

    Venue – The Town Green/Duluth Park
    Town Green is a cascading series of green terraces that terminate in the center of the park in front of a Victorian style performance stage and community center. Visible from any point within the Green is the Pavilion stage with outdoor seating space that can accommodate up to 10,000 people. An amphitheater directly in front of the stage is designed like a theater-in-the–round with a central patio positioned as a secondary stage for smaller, more intimate events. A dance floor, with an orchestra pit is in front of the Pavilion stage.
    As soon as you enter the park, the water spout is visible from all angles. The sound of the splash can be heard throughout the space. The amphitheater stage is visible from every spot inside the park. The amphitheater is designed to function as a theater but not feel like a theater when it is empty. People use the amphitheater for picnics, small parties and sunning lawns. All the walls in the park are 18” high for seating during large events, but are spaced so patrons can bring chairs, blankets, cushions, or lounges to lie out and enjoy the space.
