  2. 2. SARMALUTE CU SMANTANA <ul><li>You need: one large pickled cabbage, 1kg ground meat (pork), 2 large onions (finely chopped), 50 grams rice, lard, 5 tomatoes (or a can of pealed tomatoes), four-five slices of smoked bacon, salt, pepper, water. </li></ul>
  3. 3. MITITEI CU MAMALIGUTA <ul><li>You need: </li></ul><ul><li>1 lb ground beef </li></ul><ul><li>1 tsp baking soda </li></ul><ul><li>1 cup beef stock </li></ul><ul><li>salt </li></ul><ul><li>pepper </li></ul><ul><li>garlic clove </li></ul>
  4. 4. TOCHITURA MOLDOVENEASCA <ul><li>You need: 500gr pork meat 1 smoked sausage 200g feta cheese sunflower oil thyme 4 garlic cloves 1 egg polenta corn flower </li></ul>

CIORBA RADAUTEANA <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>2 lbs chicken breast </li></ul><ul><li>1 big garlic head </li></ul><ul><li>2 egg yolks </li></ul><ul><li>lovage, salt, pepper </li></ul><ul><li>1/2 lt vegetable soup (made out of 2 onions, 2 carrots, 2 parsnips) </li></ul><ul><li>100 ml vinegar </li></ul><ul><li>200 ml sour-cream </li></ul><ul><li>1 bell pepper (optional) </li></ul><ul><li>1 tomato (optional) </li></ul>
  6. 6. DROB DE MIEL <ul><li>Ingredients: liver from a lamb heart from a lamb lungs from a lamb a lamb cawl (peritoneum) 5 green onions 3 green garlic 2 tbs chopped green parsley 1 tbs chopped green dill 1 raw egg 4-5 boiled eggs 2 tbs sour cream 1 tbs oil salt and pepper </li></ul>
  7. 7. COZONAC <ul><li>Ingredients: 8 cups flour 8 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup butter 2 tbs. oil 2 cups milk 50 gr. yeast (2 pkgs) 1 tbs. salt 1 tbs. rum vanilla extract 1 lemon scraped skin </li></ul>

COLAC IMPLETIT <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>2 envelopes yeast </li></ul><ul><li>1 cup lukewarm water </li></ul><ul><li>1/3 cup milk </li></ul><ul><li>2 tsp salt </li></ul><ul><li>3 tbsp sugar </li></ul><ul><li>3 tbsp butter, melted </li></ul><ul><li>2 eggs, beaten </li></ul><ul><li>4 cups all purpose flour </li></ul>
  9. 9. POALE IN BRAU <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>1 kg flour 30 g yeast 1 cup milk 3 eggs 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon lard 1 teaspoon sugar, salt cottage cheese egg for washing the dough, flour for the pan </li></ul>
  10. 10. GALUSTE CU PRUNE <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>1/ 2 kilo plums or apricots (peaches even) without pits. (quarter them and leave them 1/2 hour in 1/2 cup cognac/brandy to soak) </li></ul><ul><li>600 g potatoes </li></ul><ul><li>4 spoons oil </li></ul><ul><li>2 large eggs </li></ul><ul><li>200 g flour </li></ul><ul><li>100 g butter </li></ul><ul><li>100 g breadcrumbs </li></ul><ul><li>3/4 cup powder sugar </li></ul><ul><li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract </li></ul>

PASCA <ul><li>Ingredients </li></ul><ul><li>Sweet bread dough: 2 cups flour 3 eggs 6 tbs. sugar 1 tbs. butter 1 tbs. oil 1 cup milk 25g yeast 1 ts. salt 1 tbs. rum vanilla extract 1/2 lemon-scraped skin </li></ul><ul><li>Filling: 500g quark cheese 3 - 4 eggs 5 tbs. sugar vanilla extract ½ cup raisins 1/2 lemon-scraped skin </li></ul>

HRIBI CU SMANTANA <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>1 kg fresh mushrooms </li></ul><ul><li> 2 onions </li></ul><ul><li>100 g butter </li></ul><ul><li>3-4 garlic heads </li></ul><ul><li>1 spoon flour </li></ul><ul><li>salt, pepper, bay leaves, </li></ul><ul><li>thyme </li></ul><ul><li>500 ml sour cream </li></ul><ul><li> parsley </li></ul>

Coltunasi cu branza <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>200 gr cow cheese </li></ul><ul><li>1 egg </li></ul><ul><li>1 flour teaspoon, salt </li></ul><ul><li>2 tablespoons butter, </li></ul><ul><li>dough for noodles 500 grams flour 2 eggs 1 / 2 teaspoon salt </li></ul><ul><li>1 cup hot water  </li></ul>
  14. 14. Iahnie de fasole <ul><li>Ingredients: </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>300g beans 100g lemon 200g oil 3 g pepper 80g pickled cucumber 100g olive 10g paprika 15 g salt 80g tomatoes </li></ul>
