4. 4. 4 Figure Grid References Used in Ordnance Survey maps to locate a position

6. 6. Eastings They run from one West to East
7. 7. Grid References Joined together they form a grid
8. 8. Co-ordinates These help us identify the line by having a number on them 23 24 25 26

22. 22. How do we get a 4 figure Grid Reference? First we identify the square like we did before 22 23 24 25 26 01 02 03 04
