Facility Deficiency Report
When FCA is run in Unifier Facilities Management, portfolios are
created in PM with all deficiencies detailed, a report is run in BI against
the building, detailing it’s condition index, and parties are notified via e-
mail with the report attached.

User on a job site takes a photo of an accident with his phone and
submits it through an ADF Mobile (part of SOA) app, which adds a
safety report to CM, attaching the photo via WC Content, and flags all
potentially affected activities in EPPM by associating them with a newly
created Issue.

Public Project Launch Process
New portfolio entry in PM triggers workflow in BPM which creates new
project entries in EPPM and CM after approval of portfolio proposal.
After executive approval, summary published to WC Portal and Sites
for internal and external comments. Summary of feedback e-mailed via
BI report every 7 days until project starts, when EPPM baseline is
created in EPPM and unresolved comments are added to CM as RFIs
and routed for response.
