Increase in the number of incoming links to the site  leads to SEO
Like-minded individuals  target niche customers
Increase in the reach and scope of the client’s product or service.
Increase in incoming traffic to the client’s website.

What is the expected service from the Virtual Assistant?
If the client does not mention them, find out a list of top social bookmarking sites.
Also might be required to find a list of social bookmarking sites that are most relevant to the client’s domain/industry
Create an account and register in these sites
Post links for pages from the client’s site.

Forum posting and Blog commenting

What is it?
Pretty much what the name suggests!

Popularize your site on these forums

What is expected of the Virtual Assistant?
Research on sites, blogs and forums related to the client’s products/services
Submit relevant comments to these blogs, with a backlink to the client’s site
Submit questions/answers on various forums related to the client’s area of work, with a backlink.
Backlinks are typically in the signature of the comment/post.
