  3. 3. Our app Description Bibster is an app which will allow parentsto buy/sell/giveaway useful baby goods. Parents will have the option to browsethru the posted baby items and search bylocation for these items.
  4. 4. The value PropositionThe value we provide our customers is a safeenvironment for this community to buy, sell andgiveaway children goods on and off school.
  5. 5. Marketing sizeOur target audience are the parents of HilltopHigh School who are in need of baby goods forfree or discounted prices. Potentially, the marketsize could expand to other local communitiessuch as other programs onsite.
  6. 6. Revenue StreamsA two tier model:(a) The free version which would allowfor partnering with other companieswho will be able to advertise, i.e.,coupons.(b) A paid version
  7. 7. Cost StructureThere is a cost for accessing a server to store theBibster data for people to create an account tosell their things on our app.
  8. 8. Distribution ChannelsWe can start with introducing our app to theparents at Hilltop High School. We may alsoadvertise our app on social network sites weuse.
