There are five main components of the service. These include: network-level coverage on a single contract, ongoing remote network monitoring, proactive notifications, network health assessment and repair capabilities, and the service also gives Resellers the tools to run security and voice assessment to plan for the addition of new technologies. Smart Care is a Reseller-led service offering, which means Resellers provide technical support directly to customers. But in the event they need backup, Resellers can contact Cisco’s TAC. At a minimum, Smart Care contracts will offer Next Business Day parts replacement. IOS updates and upgrades are also included, along with Software Application Support Updates—SAS but not SASU. Last but not least, Smart Care Resellers have access to Cisco.com and a unique collection of network management tools on the Smart Care Reseller Control Panel. Smart Care customers will have visibility into their own network by viewing a Reseller-branded Customer Dashboard.

Review the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit at the bottom of the page and you will be enrolled in the Cisco Services Partner Program. It’s that easy. You will receive an email from the following email address preg_program@cisco.com confirming your ICPA renewal and your enrollment into the Cisco Services Partner Program. Please check your Spam Folder if you have not received your email confirmation within 24 hours.
