  • 3. HISTORY
    • Technical support and customer services department of the Northern Telecom Netaş started to its activities in 1985 an then separated from the Nortel Netaş company in the year 2001 as an outsource firm and established as a new company under the name of SERVISNET.
    • SERVISNET in this process, continues to work with a wide experienced staff who keep the discipline, company culture and corporate profile that are earned from Nortel Netaş by enhancing the product portfolio and improving its capabilities according to the service requirements of the sector.
    • The company provides GSM, PSTN, Transmission, Data systems, Defense systems, Power systems while providing other telecommunication products with 7/24 service support, engineering and training services to its customers.

    • 185 regular personnel are employed in SERVİSNET comprising of 80 engineers, 95 technicians and administrative staff. The manpower of the company is supported by subcontractors in case of necessity depending on the project phases.

    SERVISNET – JANUARY 2010 With the purpose of operating the 326 public type DMS switches owned by TT from 5 main centers and maintaining alarm and performance monitoring, SERVİSNET operates the network of these switches which is comprised of unix, linux, windows server, various routers/switches and database types and also provides technical support since 2004.
  • 17. TT SDH PROJECT (On going project)
    • After the completion and comissioning of 7000 NE installation in 41 cities subject to TT SDH project that SERVİSNET started in 2001, technical support for these network elements (NEs) is being continuously provided since that year.
    • Installation and technical support for the Kazakhstan_Almaty local SDH project (2003 - on going)
    • Bangladesh BTTB SDH project (2005 - on going)
    • TEDAŞ SDH project (2003 - on going)
    • SDH technical support is provided to approximately 350 corporate customers within Turkey.
