Accessing the Databases (for Public Library of Cincinnati & Hamilton County, other systems check with your public librarian) Go to website – www.cincinnatilibrary.org Click on the tab marked “Research and Homework Click on “Research Databases” Select a Database If you know the title of the database, click on “Browse Resources by Title” Use letters to position near the title – example: for “Masterfile Premier” click on “M”. If you only know the kind of information (subject), click on “Browse Resources by Subject” For the Business Databases, click on “Business & Finance”. For articles, click on “Magazines & Newspaper Articles” Log in to Database Card Number – type in the number printed under the barcode PIN – the last 4 digits of the phone number on your library card application. This is changeable.
