First, it is essential to realize that treating the symptoms will not get rid of the source of the problem.
Finding the root cause and addressing it appropriately is critical to moving ahead.
The root cause of panic attacks is not simply "nerves".
It's more complicated than that, but you really don't have to know all the details
of how the brain works to effectively address the cause of your problem.
It's all in the approach.
The goal is to eliminate the underlying cause and bring your anxiety level back to normal.
I won't lie to you, it's challenging and it takes time and effort to permanently succeed,
but in the end the rewards will be great.
There are many books and programs out there that offer quick solutions,
but sadly, most of them don't deliver.
I have read tons of books and tried several different programs,
but it wasn't until I came across

that I really had a breakthrough.
