She did her engineering from Government Engineering College Aurangabad.• Her work experience is close to 10 years and she has worked in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Dallas USA and also in Nagpur. She has worked for one of the largest financial institutions in the world – Fidelity Investments.• She returned back to her home town – Nagpur and founded OutShine. Before starting OutShine she worked as a Project Manager in Nagpur for Mobile Game Development Company.• While working in Nagpur she observed a stark contrast between Nagpur students and students in metros. She felt that though the students in Nagpur are good academically compared to their peers in Pune and Mumbai, they lack in essential skills required for getting job and growth in the job. With this perspective in mind along she started OutShine.• OutShine coaches & trains students in various “Employability Skills”.
