Teenagers and even adults experience one of the most typical forms of acne which are pimples. Pimples are mainly due to something that is blocking the pores. They can appear on your face as well as other areas of your body like your back, chest and neck.
They can be treated with an effective cream overnight and it should be reduced in size but still prominent.
It is good practice to stay away foods that are high in sugar content, saturate fats and vegetable oils. The foods which are best to eat which help your skin are whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean unprocessed meats such as chicken breast and turkey, and other unprocessed foods.
A natural remedy for preventing and removing pimples quickly is garlic. All you need to do is get a garlic clove or use the oil from a capsule containing garlic and gently massage it on your face a couple of times daily for seven days. In addition, drink a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Since your body has many toxins, drinking water will decrease any bacteria that brought the pimples by flushing them away.
Some of these may seem like they will not help but you never know until you give it a try. Many people have had desirable results by using some of these methods. Even if they do not remove the pimple the next morning they will at a minimum assist in diminishing the swelling and redness so you can mask over the smaller pimple with makeup to make it less visible when people meet you that day.
The benefits are they are an affordable low cost alternative to costly over the counter solutions or laser acne therapy sessions. Although going to a specialist for chronic acne or acne scars is probably one of the most effective ways to go along with changing your diet.
