E-Club Value Proposition<br />E-Club creates value for our members by:<br />Offering leadership experience through coordination of our numerous activities<br />Offering networking opportunities through our speaking events and company tours<br />Offering useful programs aimed at preparing members to successfully launch their own ventures<br />E-Club creates value for the university by:<br />Serving as a link between the students and the School of Entrepreneurship.<br />Hosting events that encourage students to be more active on campus<br />E-Club Creates value for the community by:<br />Establishing a mentorship program to connect high school students with mentors to provide guidance<br />Providing consulting to Entrepreneurs in the community via. The Cowboy Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs <br />

  6. 6. Experiential Classroom<br /><ul><li>Brings educators from around the country to OSU to learn to be better entrepreneurship teachers
  7. 7. Need student volunteers to take part in a Saturday morning simulated classroom session
  8. 8. Will take place on Saturday, 9/24 @ 8:30am in the classroom building.
  9. 9. Free breakfast will be provided
  10. 10. A certificate of appreciation will be presented to volunteers
  11. 11. Volunteers will also receive community service credit and extra credit in EEE Classes for participating in this event</li></li></ul><li>Cowboy Boot camp for Entrepreneurs<br />The Cowboy Bootcamp is a workshop for owners of small businesses and those looking to start a business.<br />OSU faculty teaches the bootcamp<br />Upper-Division and Graduate Students needed to provide consulting to the delegates.<br />Consultants will receive recognition from the university and valuable experience which can be used on your resume.<br />If you are interested in working as a consultant, you can register online at http://osueclub.org<br />

ECHS Mentorship Program<br />The E-Club has been extended the opportunity to coordinate a mentorship program to provide mentors for high school students participating in the Entrepreneurship program at East Central High School in Tulsa. <br /><ul><li>Need volunteers from among upper division Undergraduate Entrepreneurship students to serve as mentors.
  13. 13. Training will be provided through the School of Entrepreneurship
  14. 14. All participants in the mentorship program will be awarded community service credit on Campus Link, and will be recognized at the end of the year banquet.

Company Tours<br />Each Semester, E-Club visits at least one company.<br />We will have an opportunity to hear from the owner/founder of the company and learn about the company first hand<br />This semester, the club will choose the company we will visit at our meeting on October 6th.<br />
