All rights reserved. 3Background/Current Environment We are currently using 11.5.10.2 with 10g database. First implemented in2007. We have the following Oracle E-Business modules:– Financial - Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Projects, CashManagement– Purchasing and iProcurement– HR - Core HR, Advanced Benefits, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service– Performance Appraisals– Compensation Workbench Merit Increases– iRecruitment– Discoverer (reporting)– iExpense and Treasury Modules are being explored currently Oracle released version 12.0 in 2007 and 12.1 in 2009. 50% of theircustomer base has already upgraded to release 12 (R12) as of lastyear and more are in the process of upgrading this year

All rights reserved. 11Implementation Approach Combine the implementation of Hosting with R12– Hosting is supposed to take 4- 6 months and R12 effort is also 4-6months – why not do it together?– Test only one time – hosting and the R12 together– Reduce the hardware set up effort since the hosting vendor can do theset up from “scratch” for R12 instead of learning our environment andtrying to replicate it for our version
