Phases <ul><li>Phase 0 – Site to cut with sub-like for like configuration </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Generally microcells where existing power will only support one Ericsson microcell, thus site will be single band, two radios </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Phase 1 – Like for like </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Same number of radios, dual band (if appropriate). Radios could be distributed across bands differently due to space constrictions. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Phase 2 – VCF </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Radios, antennas, MCPAs, Diplexers, etc. to support April 06 VCF </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Phase 3 – UMTS Ready </li></ul><ul><ul><li>All hardware except BTS for UMTS installed </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>4 ant & 8 Coax / sector OR business decision for lesser antenna system. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Phase will change on some sites during process </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Zoning could come in early, lease negotiations may fail, etc. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Goal is to build most advanced Phase for cut, if needed return to complete Phase III before EOY. </li></ul>
