Peter is making one call to his mother and another to a friend.

Receptionist: 'Good morning, this is Feelgood company. How may I help you?'
Jane: ‘ Good morning. I'd like to speak to Mr. Miller, please. It's Jane Stir from Lookgood Company speaking.‘
Receptionist, 'I'll put you through;

'I'm sorry, Mr. Miller is not available right now. He's in a meeting. Can I take a message?'
