Can Shaving Creams Cause Cancer? - Presentation Transcript

    1. Can Shaving Creams Cause Cancer?
    2. Most shaving creams contain DEA (diethanolamine)
    3. DEA can easily turn into NDEA (nitrosodiethanolamine)
    4. NDEA has proven to be cancer-causing in 44 different animal species.
    5. In 1979 the FDA told the cosmetics industry to make sure that their products contain no more NDEA.
    6. More than a decade later the FDA tested cosmetic products and found 8 out of 12 still containing NDEA.
    7. But the FDA can't do anything about it, because shaving creams are cosmetics, not food or drugs.
    8. But it's still about YOUR HEALTH! Get more information (free) at: www.organic-shaving-cream.com and sign the petition to ban DEA!
