HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
In edit view, select “Preview” from the
variation drop down.
In edit view, select “Preview” from the
variation drop down.
Your page will open with Optimizely
Preview at the bottom.
Experiments are organized by whether
they’re visible on the page.
Click the “Viewing as” tab to set your
visitor attributes.
Choose the attributes that define the
type of visitor you want to imitate.
Click “Apply & Reload” to see your page
through the eyes of your custom visitor.
The page is updated to reflect the
change.
Experiments tab shows experiments
which are running but no longer visible.
You can also “Stage” experiments that
aren’t running to view them on the page.

With “Preview As,” you can: • View all experiments visitors would see based on any targeting criteria. • QA your experiments to make sure targeting is set up properly.
