  • What do we mean by efficiency?It’s more than just throughput.Yes, it is about speed – but it’s also about the quality of the results.It’s the power to produce a desired result, consistently.
  • Challenges or Problems with the Current State/SituationCurrently it’s estimated that up to 50% of the totalworkforce could be considered knowledge workers and that ratio is growing rapidly. Not only that, they are also the highest paid segment of the market but they are our key to growth.Solving the efficiency problem in the incredibly complex environment of the knowledge-based economy is no simple task.This year, improving efficiency and optimizing business processes are the most significant drivers for ECM adoption cited by the AIIM membership - by a factor of 2:1 over compliance, whereas 3 years ago they were equal."Content Chaos" is a common complaint heard in our conversations as well.
