Deep Voice Mastery - How To Have A Strong Voice - Presentation Transcript

    1. You may find it amazing how quickly people trust you or even become warm to you when your voice timber is deep and crisp. The biological reason for this can perhaps be traced back to when we were babies. When we were babies, we all responded to voice depth. That was how we were soothed and re-assured. As we grew up, this part of our subconscious brain remained active, thus, a deep crisp voice develops immediate trust. Click Here For Deep Voice Mastery Instant Access Now! Now the question is this: How to have a strong voice? Well, it can be done through exercises that strengthen the muscles of your neck. Remember that the larynx or the voice box, which is responsible for producing your voice, is also a muscle. The tenser the muscle, the higher-pitched the voice is. One exercise you can do is to place either of your hands on your forehead and let your head bend forward with your chin moving towards your chest. Your hand should provide resistance by pushing your head backward. Maintain this position for about two seconds before returning to the starting position. Another exercise is to place your left hand on the back of your head and move your head towards your left should while your hand is providing resistance. Repeat this exercise with the right hand. The third exercise is to place your hand on the back of your head and tilt your head backward with your chin pointing upwards, while your hand is pushing forward.
    2. These exercises reduce tension on the neck muscles, thus, making your voice deeper and stronger. But in order to really make your voice deeper, you need to make your voice strong enough to produce a sound without having to constrict the larynx. Because your voice is powered by the air coming out of your lungs, you will also have to strengthen your lungs through various breathing exercises. The key to having a strong voice is to be persistent with these exercises and to focus on doing the right ones. Click Here For Deep Voice Mastery Instant Access Now!
