      Tip # 1: Eat healthy
      You should set your goal to eat healthy and change those unhealthy eating habit. Eat organic fruits and vegetables which are rich in fiber and antioxidant. Avoid fatty and salty foods like the fast food type and packed/frozen foods. There are so many alternative foods you can try, for instance instead a full hearty breakfast, why don't you try high fiber, low sugar cereals or an oatmeal and yogurt. You can try brisk walking, jogging, and cycling because this will also keep your heart healthy. Swimming and running are good workouts to burn more calories fast. Always make it as a routine, try 30-40 minutes of exercise for at least three or four times a week. For sure you will the difference.
