The goal of this slide set is to help us think through this model and its elements toimprove our rollouts and change efforts. We often forget orskip the first and last steps of this process, to prepare and to maintain. Doing them well will help our improvement stick and allow us move on to the next improvement that we need to make. I invite you to review and incorporate to help your change efforts. --Tom Curtis
